| The Help Desk
Penn State York Office of C&IS employs students in work-study positions.
These students obtain positions as Help Desk, Lab Consultants, and Technicians.
These students assist faculty, staff and students with a variety of software
and hardware problems. Our consultants gain experience and hands-on knowledge
that is a benefit to there educational experience. This special group of
students is an asset to Penn State and the Office of C&IS.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
