C&IS Problem Report ProcedureSUBMITTING A PROBLEM REPORTThe Office of C&IS has recently implemented a new Problem Tracking System to improve customer service. Please contact the C&IS Help desk at 771-4080 or 771-4140 to submit your request for assistance. If the Help desk staff are unable to immediately resolve your problem, they will enter your request into the database and you will receive a confirmation email. The request will be passed to a service technician who will be in contact with you as soon as possible. CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR PROBLEM REPORTIf you would like to check on the status of a recently submitted request, please enter your userid below.
