- Student Farooq Ahmed: Payment of Introductory Japanese and Arabic language courses: $3.2 per lesson per student for 10 lessons for 25 students for $800/course. Increase from the $600 for Chinese in spring 05 is administrative overhead charges. Requested: $1200 ($400 to be requested from Diversity committee). Approved: $1200 for students only.
- Business Services Office: Third and final installment for student parking lot security cameras for the Performing Arts Center/Library Building. Requested: $5000. Approved: $5000.

- Who is interested in continuing to serve on the SAF committee in 2005-06? Sharon Christ, Joe Royer and Leann Miller as staff/faculty. Virginia, Kirby and Carlos as students. Sharon will check with Marilyn and Chastity. We need between 2 and 4 new members. Please send me your recommendations.
- Many many thanks to the committee for their work throughout 2004-05. Every penny of the 2004-05 student activity fee, over $102,000, has been awarded.
The committee is losing two members - Robin Pollard and Ebony Smith due to graduation. We need 2 new members.
