| University policy for staff support: The learning center must have staff assistance and technical support staff adequate to accomplish its mission. Because the learning center provides a complex array of services provided by part time staff, adequate staff support is critical to maintaining high quality and efficient assistance. Support staff should be technologically proficient, qualified to do budget work, comfortable working with a diverse student population, and have experience overseeing the work of part time student employees. |
