Confidentiality of Student Records
The University recognizes the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of student records as described in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Critical points of this policy are that the following information is considered public information that may be released without the student's permission:

- Address (local, permanent and electronic mail)
- Telephone number
- Date and place of birth
- Major
- Student activities
- Weight and height (athletic teams)
- Date(s) of attendance
- Enrollment status (full-time, part-time, not enrolled)
- Date(s) of graduation
- Degrees and awards received and where received
- Most recent educational institution attended
- Name and address of parents, guardian, spouse
