One of my favorite pieces was just shipped back to me after being in 12 12 Gallery’s International Juried Works on Paper Exhibition 2011 in Richmond Virgina.

Leghorns (Pony up) 22" x 30" ink and mixed media on paper, 2009

The show ran from June 26, 2011 through August 2011 and Dan Welden, Master Printmaker served as Juror.

Yorkfest Juried exhibit opening, Friday, August 27

The opening reception for the Yorkfest Juried exhibit will be this coming Friday, August 27 from 6 – 8 p.m. at York Arts. The gallery is located at 10 North Beaver Street in downtown York.

I have a piece of my spray-paint stencil work in a Richmond, Virginia exhibit called Strassen Kunst. From the exhibit website…

STRASSENKUNST: an international exhibition of work inspired by graffiti includes the work of fifty-eight different artists, selected by juror Martin McFadden, the Director and Curator of 12 12 Gallery in Richmond, Virginia. This truly international exhibition will feature works from across the US, Canada, Taiwan, Thailand, Israel, and Hungary.

Fall 2010

The fall 2010 semester is going to be a busy time for me. I am preparing for a four-person exhibition in Harrisburg scheduled for early 2011. I am also working on paintings for a one-person exhibit scheduled for October 2011.
