  1. Go though the Salem Witch Trials yourself!
    National Geographic: Salem Witchcraft Hysteria
    http://www.nationalgeographic.com/salem/

Read the prologue on the site. Then “Experience the Trials.” If you click on the characters whose names in white and underlined, it will give you information about the book. Read about the characters and report briefly in a written chart about the similarities and differences between history and the play, or the new information you learned about each person. When you are ready to move onto each new little section of the story, you will normally have to click on the word or phrase that is written in red and underlined. After this, write about your experience in the trial. Then, you may take a couple minutes to look at the other links about Salem on this site.

  2. Crucible Web Activities
    The Crucible by Arthur Miller
    http://www.sdcoe.k12.ca.us/score/cruc/cructg.html

Go to this web site and go on the Salem tour in Student Activity #2. Complete the activity under each stop. You may not be able to get to each stop. That is ok! If that happens, just skip it.

  3. Web Quest to Create a Newspaper
The Witch House - Salem, Massachusetts
    http://www.salemweb.com/witchhouse/

See an actual house connected to the witchcraft trials! Read the information that goes along with it.
